Zvi Vapni, Deputy Consul General with the Israeli
Consulate, as an official of Israel, will analyze
and discuss the January 28 Israeli elections and the
impact on the Middle East and the peace process.
Formerly a senior official with the Israeli Ministry
of Foreign
Affairs, Zvi Vapni coordinated relations between Israel
and the United States Congress. Vapni previously served
with the Israeli Defense Forces in Military Intelligence
and received his Master's Degree from the Hebrew University
in Jerusalem.
Vapni has also led historical and archaeological tours
in Israel.
